Trobo a faltar la saga dels Jocs de la Fam, Ajudeu-me!

Hola lectors,

Trobo molt a faltar la lectura d'una saga com The Hunger Games . Sí tinc gairebé 29 anys i m'agrada llegir novel.les per joves. Em va encantar THG, i ara vull llegir alguna cosa semblant. SIMILAR però BÓ! 

THG té tot el que una gran saga ha de tenir: personatges ben creats, acció, amor i una història plausible i estructurada. THG té tensió, situacions inesperades i està molt ben escrit. 

Ara, estic llegint Divergent, de Veronica Roth, però no és el mateix. No m'agrada el personatge principal i no m'agrada el noi. La història és més un o Crepúsculo que un THG, que estava bé fa sis anys, però no ara, i realment crec que Divergent és pitjor que Crepúsculo. Tris és la típica adolescent sense confiança en si mateixa, que s'enamora del noi meravellós i rebel. I la història darrere de la novel.la es mostra tan lentament que no puc creure el que estic llegint. Suposo que acabaré aquest primer volum i m'oblidaré dels altres per tal de continuar la recerca d'un gran llibre que em recordi una mica a la sensació de llegir The Hunger Games. Almenys tinc les pel.lícules. 

També apreciaré alguns consells sobre què llegir a continuació i us prometo que si trobo un llibre que em deixa una bona sensació us ho faré saber.

I miss The Hunger Games Saga, Help!

I really miss reading a saga like The Hunger Games. Yes I'm almost 29 and I enjoy reading young adult novels. I loved THG, and now I want to read something similar to it. SIMILAR but GOOD! 

THG has everything a great saga must have: Well created characters, action, love and a plausible and structured story. THG has tension, unexpected situations and it is really well written. 

Now, I'm reading Divergent, by Veronica Roth  but it's not the same. I don't like the the main character and I don't like the boy. The story is more a Twilight than a THG, which was good for me six years ago but not now, and I really think that Divergent is worse thant Twilight. Tris is the topical tennager without self-confidence who falls in love with the wonderful and rebel boy. And the story behind the novel is shown so slowly that I can not really believe what I 'm reading. I suppose I'll finish this first volume and forget about the others in order to continue looking for a great book that reminds me a little of the feeling of reading The Hunger Games. At least I have got the films. 

I will also appreciate some advice on what to read next and I promise that if I find a book that leaves me such a good feeling I'll tell you.

Actrius que no saben fer-se grans

Estic en el procés d'escriure un altre post. Però ahir vaig veure una cosa que em va fer voler escriure aquest. 

Això  inesperat i sorprenent és la nova cara de Renee Zellwegger . No la vaig poder reconèixer! On és la seva cara rodona? I els seus ulls característics? Tot s'en ha anat. Entenc que una actriu ha de mantenir el seu aspecte jove, però no puc suportar aquests canvis radicals en les dones que són encara joves i no necessiten cirurgia. 

Renee no és l'única actriu que, al meu entendre, ha anat massa lluny en l'ús de botox . Moltes altres actrius en els seus quaranta anys han abussat del seu ús. D'altra banda, els efectes a llarg termini del botox no estàn comprovats i alguns estudis diuen que pot causar una profunda reaparició de les arrugues .

 M'agradaria veure a dones reals de quaranta anys a les pel·lícules, no només nines de plàstic que s'assemblen més a les seves filles que a elles mateixes.

Actresses Don't Know How To Get Old

Hello readers,

I'm in the process of writing a different post but yesterday I saw something that made me want to write this one. 

This unexpected and surprising thing is Renee Zellwegger's new face. I could not recognize her! Where is her round face? And her charectiristical eyes? Everything is gone. I understand that an actress must keep her looks younger but I can not bear these radical changes in women that are still young and don't need surgery. 

Renee is not the only actress that, in my opinion, has gone too far in the use of botox. Many other actresses in their forties have been using it too much. Moreover, the long-term effects of botox are not demonstrated yet and some studies say that it can cause a deeper reappearance of wrinkles.

I would like to see real women in their forties in films, not just plastic dolls who look like their daughters.
